Who was the last British Monarch to have real power?

I can't seem to find this anywhere, and I'm interested in it... so we all know that Elizabeth II has power symbolically, but who was the last English King or Queen to have real, important, and actionable power? I figure with the French it was Louis XVI and the Germans was Kaiser Wilhelm, but can't find anything for the Brits
