Contact your labor board where you live because he is endangering not only yourself, but others. This is a lesson that when you have a job driving others you need insurance papers in your vehicle so no one gets killed from sleep deprivation. I don't know what country you are from and if you gave that info I can't help. In the US an employer is responsible for the driver and pengers.
