Employment problems - help appreciated please.?

Your first question is important because without a written contract he can let you go for any reason. Start keeping records because if you get into an accident on his time and he records it he is responsible. Contact your labor board where you live because he is endangering not only yourself, but others. This is a lesson that when you have a job driving others you need insurance papers in your vehicle so no one gets killed from sleep deprivation. I don't know what country you are from and if you gave that info I can't help. In the US an employer is responsible for the driver and pengers.
