What's the best thing to do when you can't spend all day with your dog?

I have a puggle. She is so cute and very loveable but she is a pain in the but!! When she has to go to the bathroom, there is no such thing as sniff. It's Hey let's make my mom clean up my mess. She gets into everything from garbage, sports gear, and even, clothes! She is very stubborn and at times I feel like screaming at her. I am an animal lover and hate to yell, but I am strict. She just doesn't get it. I am almost forced to give her up because I have no other option. I love her to death but am getting sick of her bad attitude. She can be so nice and cuddly at night, but she just turns into a totally different dog. I need some tips FAST in order to keep my puppy. I love her so much and can't stand the feeling of living without her. Somebody please help me and my puppy!
