Shaving?? Should i begin with my legs now?

Im 12 years old (and a girl) ihave been shaving my under arms for like 2 1/2 months now. My mom and i discussed shaving my legs. Since they are becoming thicker and harrier. My mom says she is finw with it, and i think i am 2. but i am still worried. what would you do? i really think i should, since it is bathing suit season now, but i dont want to make a stupid decision....so is it time?
